Booking Guide

1. Before booking Visit "Our Services" or "Our Team" to see pricing and therapist profiles. You can let the system auto-assign a therapist, or choose a specific one if you already have someone in mind. 2. Booking steps - Step 1: Choose a service and duration (60/90/120 minutes...). - Step 2: Choose a therapist (optional) or let the system auto-assign. - Step 3: Pick date and time, enter your exact address (you can use the map for more precise location). - Step 4: Review your information and tap "Confirm Booking". 3. Right after booking - You'll receive a booking code (e.g. DH123) — save it for easy reference. - Go to "My Bookings" to track your order status in real time. - Enable notifications ("🔔 Enable Notifications" button at the top) so you don't miss any updates. - Admin/staff may call you back to confirm details before the appointment — please keep an eye on your phone. 4. Once a therapist accepts - You'll see the therapist's name appear on "My Bookings". - A "Message" option will appear — feel free to message to confirm the address, timing, or any special requests. 5. When the therapist arrives - Pay the therapist directly in cash right after the service is completed. - No online payment is needed through the website. 6. After the service is completed - Your booking will move to "Completed" status on "My Bookings". - Please take a moment to leave a review (1-5 stars + comments) — this helps you remember who served you well for next time, and helps other customers too. 7. If you want to cancel You can cancel it yourself while it's still "Pending" (not yet accepted by a therapist). Note: cancelling too often will affect your account's trust score — see the Trust Policy for details. 8. Need more help?
