2. Punctuality commitment
Staff are responsible for arriving on time for confirmed appointments. If any issue causes a therapist to be late or unable to attend, please contact us immediately through the channels in the footer so we can assist, arrange another therapist, or resolve the situation appropriately.
3. Price transparency commitment
Service prices are publicly listed for each duration option right on the homepage, with no hidden extra fees. If a promotion is active, the final price is always clearly confirmed before you confirm your booking.
4. Personal information privacy commitment
Your personal information (address, phone number, etc.) is only shared with the specific staff member assigned to serve you, strictly for the purpose of providing the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Support commitment when issues arise
If you are unhappy with the service quality, staff conduct, or encounter any issue, please report it directly to admin through the contact channels (Zalo/Messenger/WhatsApp/Telegram in the footer). We commit to receiving and handling every report in good faith, fairly for both customers and staff.
6. Limitations of this commitment
This is a platform connecting customers with independent service providers, not a direct employment relationship. We work to ensure quality through our public review system and complaint-handling process, but cannot absolutely guarantee every individual's behavior in every situation. Any serious disputes will be reviewed and mediated by admin according to the Terms of Service.
