Trust & Cancellation Policy
1. Customer trust system
Every customer has a trust level shown based on their booking history:
- High trust: at least 1 completed booking, never cancelled.
- Average trust: cancelled 1-2 times.
- Warning: cancelled 3-4 times, close to being locked.
- Locked: cancelled 5 times or more.
2. Why this policy?
Repeated cancellations make it difficult for staff (wasted time and travel effort). This policy helps ensure fairness for our staff and overall service quality.
3. What if my account is locked?
Contact us directly via Zalo/Messenger/WhatsApp/Telegram (see the footer of this website) to request a review and possible unlock, if you have a valid reason.
4. Staff reviews
After a service is completed, customers can leave a rating (1-5 stars with comments). The average rating is shown publicly on each staff member's profile for other customers to reference.
