Terms of Service

1. General By registering and using this website, you agree to the terms below. 2. User accounts - Customers and staff are responsible for the accuracy of their registration information (name, phone, address). - Each person should use only one account. We reserve the right to lock accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud. 3. Booking and cancellation - Customers may cancel a booking while it is still "Pending", any time before a staff member accepts it. - Repeated cancellations affect your account's trust score (see the Trust Policy page for details). 4. Payment - Customers pay staff directly in cash after the service is completed. - Staff are responsible for paying the platform fee according to the current fee policy (see the Fee Policy page). 5. Liability - We aim to ensure service quality but are not liable for damages arising outside our reasonable control. - Any disputes between customers and staff will be reviewed and mediated by admin in good faith. 6. Changes to these terms We may update these terms over time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
