1. New customer discount Currently active: new customers get 6% off their first booking. This applies to EVERY new customer, with no limit on quantity or launch-period restriction — anyone who registers a new account gets this discount on their very first booking. If a general promotion (see the Fee Policy) is currently offering a higher discount, the system automatically applies whichever is HIGHER for the customer — the two are not stacked together. 2. Friend referral program Currently active: the referrer earns a 5% reward (discount on their next booking if a customer, or a platform fee discount on their next completed job if staff). 3. Everyone has their own referral code/link Both customers and staff each have their own unique referral code (visible on "My Bookings" or "Dashboard" after logging in), along with a shareable link that automatically fills in the code when someone clicks it to register. 4. Conditions for the referrer to earn a reward - The referred person must enter the correct referral code when creating their new account. - The referrer ONLY receives the reward once the referred person completes their very first booking/job: + If the referred person is a CUSTOMER: this is counted when their first booking's status changes to "Completed". + If the referred person is STAFF: this is counted when they mark their own first accepted job as "Completed". - Each referral is rewarded EXACTLY ONCE (it does not repeat for the referred person's later bookings). 5. How the reward is used - If the referrer is a customer: the reward is automatically applied as a discount on their NEXT booking. - If the referrer is staff: the reward automatically reduces the PLATFORM FEE on their next completed booking. - The reward is not stacked with any active general promotion — the system always applies whichever discount is higher for the user. 6. Admin may change the reward rates The percentages listed above may be adjusted by admin over time. The rates currently in effect at the time you are reading this page are accurately reflected in sections 1 and 2 above.
