Fee & Payment Policy

1. Payment between customer and staff Customers pay staff directly in CASH right after the service is completed. This website does not collect service payments on behalf of customers. 2. Platform fee staff must pay Current fee: 30% of the value of each completed booking. This fee is automatically generated when staff mark a booking as "Completed", and must be transferred back to admin via the QR code shown under "Platform Fees". Admin will check the bank statement before confirming the fee has been received. 3. Promotions / Discounts Admin may activate a discount campaign for holidays or events. While active, the original price is shown crossed out with the discounted price highlighted, and is locked in at the moment the customer books. 4. No refunds through the website Since payment happens directly in cash between customer and staff, any refund issues (if any) are to be resolved directly between the customer and staff/admin.
